DO YOU HAVE A STORE LOCATION? 
  • No. Currently Kourtney Kouture is an online store but we do participate in local pop-up shops through out the DMV area. Follow our social media to see where we will be vending at next. 
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER?
  • No, once an order is placed we can not make changes or cancel the order. However, if an item does not work out you can exchange the merchandise for another item or get a refund. See our refund policy for more detailed information on how to make a return.  
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
  • Most orders ship within 2-3 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. 
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and 3-5 additional business days for your order to be shipped and delivered.
I NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
  • Returns must be initiated within the first 5 days of receiving your package. Once we have received your package, your exchange/refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.

CAN I PLACE AN ITEM ON HOLD?

  • Yes, we hold items for 24 hours. To place an item on hold a fee of $10 is required and goes toward the cost of the item(s). A maximum of two items can be held at a time. After the 24 hour hold period if the item(s) are not purchased the $10 hold fee will be forfeited.
