Return Policy

Online Returns

Items will be eligible for exchange or refund 5 days from post marked delivery!

Please contact support@kourtneykouture.com about returning your items. Once the request is received, you will be given a return address to ship your item to. The customer is solely responsible for their own return shipment postage.

We will pay for return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc). 

Store Returns

Items purchased at local pop-up shops are eligible for return 72 hours from purchase date.

Please allow 7-10 days after items have been delivered/returned to process your exchange or refund if applicable. In order to honor any exchanges or refunds, all returned items MUST be in new conditions with all tags attached. If the item is NOT returned in new condition, your refund will NOT be issued.

ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED UNWORN, UNWASHED,NO DAMAGE,UNUSED, FRAGRANCE FREE AND WITH TAGS ATTACHED

NO VISIBLE MAKEUP OR DEODORANT ON ITEMS

Shapewear
Sunglasses
Jewelry
Headbands
Bodysuits
Swimwear/Cover-ups
Lingerie
Visibly Worn items
White and Light Color Items
Free gifts or promotional items
Items outside of policy window
Items marked FINAL SALE and/or discounted items

    Processing Time:

    • Standard orders are processed, verified within 2-3 business days.
    • Shipped within 3-5  business days excluding holidays, sales and weekends.
    • Express orders are processed, verified and shipped within 1 business day.

    We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You can track your package by creating a free account on our website or via USPS with the tracking number that was emailed to you. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST IN THE MAIL OR ANY OTHER PROBLEMS NOT FAULTED TO US! ONCE YOUR STATUS IS DELIVERED WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE. 

    Shipping Rates:

    • Standard Shipping: $9.99
    • Express Shipping: $19.99
    • International Shipping: $24.99

    Please Note
    The time it takes to receive items includes processing + shipping transit time. For example, choosing a Next Day Shipping service does not guarantee you will receive it the day after you place your order. You must still allow time for the order to process. Also, ordering a PREORDER item will result in shipping delays as the item will be available to ship at a later date.

    Hold Policy
    We allow a 24 hour hold on item(s) for a non-refundable fee of $10. The hold fee will be applied toward the purchase of the item(s). If there is an item you see please let us know and we will hold it for you for 24 hours. After 24 hours, the item will be put back on the floor and the hold fee will be forfeited. A maximum of two items can be held at a time.
